Permanence Tattoos confirms appointments only after deposit payment and schedule approval. You complete the form with design details and preferred date. The studio reviews your submission, shares a pricing estimate, and requests a deposit equal to 10 per cent of the total tattoo cost. The appointment is confirmed only after the deposit receipt with a specific date and time. The deposit is deducted from the final tattoo price on appointment day. All required fields must be completed for confirmation.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Permanence Tattoos requires a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total tattoo cost to secure an appointment. The deposit confirms your specific date and time only after payment is received. The studio deducts the deposit from the final tattoo amount on appointment day.

Permanence Tattoos collects deposits via UPI, bank transfer, or in-studio payment. The appointment remains unconfirmed until the deposit is successfully received.

Permanence Tattoos allows rescheduling with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. The deposit transfers to the new confirmed date when notice is given on time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment result in deposit forfeiture.

Permanence Tattoos follows a strict non-refundable deposit policy. The deposit remains non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellation of an appointment results in deposit forfeiture. Failure to attend without notice results in deposit loss. Future bookings after a no-show may require full prepayment.

You request a custom tattoo. We invest time in sketching and preparation before your session. Design files remain studio property if the appointment is cancelled. Permanence Tattoos permits minor design adjustments on appointment day. Minor placement or size refinements are discussed before stencil approval. Major design changes may require appointment rescheduling and additional preparation time.
